I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the rooms at this hotel. The room I stayed in had a separate foyer, a dining area, a kitchen with basic facilities, and a comfortable bed. The wood floors added a nice touch to the overall ambiance of the room.
Everything was great and there was nothing major that stood out as needing improvement.

Price-performance ratio was right. Staff and reception very nice. Room was clean and functional, laminate floor, bed comfortable, TV available, only Czech channels. Wifi was good. Room with balcony went out into the backyard, therefore quite quiet. balcony is furnished, you can sit outside and enjoy the nice weather (but you should not pay attention to the view, grey-black facades from the house opposite). Breakfast is offered for extra charge, we did not use it. Location of the hotel very good, many restaurants in the next proximity. 10 minutes on foot to the colonades. Two parking spaces in front of the door at 12 -€ each day. there is a cheaper underground car park with enough parking spaces nearby.
reception only a white counter in a loveless white miniature passageway, not very inviting. missing any decoration. bathroom in need of renovation, no shelves for bathroom utensils, hair dryer tied up and power socket on without function. there are two sockets in the bathroom, strangely mounted behind the door! only there, hair dryer cannot be reached; if one wants to shave, one cannot reach the mirror. i think the whole hotel should be renovated and modernized. not every floor is accessible with the elevator, thus unfortunately not very handicapped accessible!

hotel is well located, quite central, so that the centre of karlovy vary can be easily reached on foot. on the day of departure the breakfast was great, tasty scrambled eggs and fresh rolls.
we booked breakfast on arrival, when we looked forward to breakfast on the first day, breakfast room was closed, despite the previous announcement that breakfast was available from 07:30 to 11:00. around 09:00 a hotel employee arrived and told us that unfortunately there will be no breakfast today. with growling stomach we went into town to eat. To make matters worse, there was also no electricity at night, so that baby food could not be cooled and prepared. here we had to wait, until at 09:00 the hotel employee turned on the electricity again. because before nobody was to be found in the hotel. The size of the hotel room was also more than insufficient. In a hotel in which many rooms were free, we were accommodated in a room measuring approx. 3.5x3.5, there was hardly any space to put the bags down. Here you could have acted with a little more vision and given a small family a slightly larger room.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel in the center of Karlovy Vary. The spacious rooms with fully equipped kitchens were perfect for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, even remembering my husband's birthday with a lovely surprise. The breakfast included a good variety of meats and other options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.
Noisy guests early in the morning, but overall a great stay.

I did not like anything
It is the worst hotel i have ever been. The heating could not be shut off, open the window was the answer. Took an new room which was very very dirty. Windows could not open. I would not send my dog to this hotel. Price is not in relation to the quality/service. Booked.net should remove this hotel from the website

Otherwise the breakfast was ok, you could make up coffee again .. The size of the room.
The room looks cool and sterile, has no inviting hotel atmosphere, has been kept relatively unloving, and everything is more like a rented apartment.. The beds were very hard and in the rooms it was very warm, which is why it was very difficult to sleep. The dispenser for the shower gel on the bathtub was completely empty, instead there were only 2 portions of soap on the bed, which were just enough for one person to take a shower. The curtain on the bathtub was only enough to pull up to half, which is why the bathroom got very wet. Shower head on the bathtub was also defective. Check in staff was slightly arrogant. I would have expected in this city but unfortunately no scrambled eggs at breakfast.

Great Location & Friendly Staff
The hotel's location was perfect as it was close to the main bus terminal and a short walk away from the city's main attractions. The friendly staff added to the positive experience, as they were always willing to help us with any questions we had. Additionally, the room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, making it a comfortable stay.
The limited breakfast options offered. While there were some basic choices like fruit and cereals, we were hoping for a broader selection. we would recommend this hotel for a city break due to its location and helpful staff.

The staff are friendly and provide great service. The rooms are spacious and come with a completely equipped kitchen, making it convenient for longer stays. The beds are comfortable and the furniture is nice. Breakfast is included and offers a variety of meats.

I had a good time celebrating New Year's Eve in this hotel. the breakfast was very delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was excellent, close to many shops and restaurants. the room was warm and cozy, perfect for the cold weather.
There were some aspects that I did not enjoy as much. the room was quite small and outdated, in need of some renovation.
